Commercial Tourism, spawns when there is sand (beaches) on the lot and Tourism district is assigned

This was the vanilla 2x2 beach restaurant The Wave. What's different? A lot!

* Lushly gardened: custom landscaping by Miyagi
* Expanded to 2x4 (gardens!) which makes it sit further back than vanilla Wave. Adds variety
* Soft landscape lighting
* 4 new tasteful tropical colors

Minimal extra props required (I repeat from a small core set of props / trees in all my custom stuff, it's for my own game performance, as well :) )

I hope you all enjoy the virtual gardening, now it's back to real gardening!

Hi @MrMiyagi, many thanks for improving your wonderful assets. As far as Tourism and Leisure asset's concern I have the list which you too would easily able to grab by enabling the loading mod. if you want I may compose the list and provide it to you. Once again many thanks mate :steamhappy:

Hi manu, yes, that is caused by XAVE deleting the old prop. He made a really nice new one, but what this means is that I have to go fix every single asset that I ever made (I've done a few) because I used it in... well pretty much every single asset I made O.O So it's a huge task. I wish people wouldn't delete their old stuff, it causes chain reactions of problems in most cases.

:D lol! Thanks Vexcarius. I will be doing a group of these. For entertainment I'm making them all into a special style that, when combined, will form a promenade style commercial group. Lots of work to do but it will be nice.
