IMPORTANT NOTE: DUE TO IT'S SIZE, THIS ASSET REQUIRES THE LARGER FOOTPRINTS MOD TO BE PLACED CORRECTLY.

Modeled after the 9th hole of Bethpage Black. All of the same properties as the previous holes.
Tourism is set to 0 because of a bug with crime/death/road connections. You can use the asset editor to change or remove the trees and to change the tourism stats.

I have decided that I will eventually get around to making a 9 hole par 3 course for those who don't want to use the bigger footprints mod! :D
