UK Terraced Shop - Level 3 - Tescos

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :). This asset is AFTER DARK READY.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 2x2 layout
Density : Low Commercial
Level : 3

How do i spawn these houses in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which i've added to the terraced house / commercial collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these houses require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items

Model Info:
  • 691 Polys
  • 1,495 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (74 tris)

Thanks for replying. Pubs and shops sound perfect, and reskins would definitely do the job for lvl 2 and 3 shops. I guess I could also use the "clone asset" feature of the Themes mod to duplicate all your lvl 1 shops as lvl 2 and 3, I might try that in the meantime actually but have not used that option yet.

@vokepasa21 - I totally understand about the lack of variety and i will be adding more in the future. I am probably going to mix and match between pubs and shops (lvl 2 & 3) for the foreseeable future. The shops will mostly be reskins. I have very limited time so unfortunately its taking longer to release stuff.

I'm a huge fan of your UK series, rik, really great stuff. But with the terraced shops at the moment there really is an issue due to the lack of variety in lvl 2 and lvl 3 houses. Unless you micro manage them one by one with the control building level up mod, all your shops end up being Tescos and Sainsbury's! Are you planning on releasing more lvl 2 and 2 shops soon or are you focusing on pubs for now? Thanks for sharing your work!
