Great map, but I can't purchase Nobby's. Am I missing some other mod?

Here it is Novacastrians:

New for Version 1.1

Correctly flatter beaches.
Ore everywhere.
Highway connection to Stockton.
Flattened false hills (caused by buildings in the sattelite photo heightmap)
More accurate Throsby Creek.
More accurate Nobbys.

Version 1.0

After browsing through all the other Newcastle maps here, I was reminded of a quote from my grandfather:
"If you want a job done properly, you have to do it yourself"

This map includes the location of the first coal mine in the southern hemisphere. (just under the revermouth, fort scratchley)

Things to note about this re-creation:

-Scale is lightly larger than 18km (it is 20km)
-Rail tunnel at Kotara is ready to dig. (Can't be done in map editor)
-All major highways.
-Rail, ship, and plane connections.
-No oil, or fertile land. It's Newcastle. Ore (let's pretend it's coal) is everywhere.

The starting area is Newcastle CBD, with a rail line, and King St.

Now all we have to do is put some monkeys with cigars at the computer and we should end up with something similar to the City Of Newcastle traffic lights situation that exists in reality.

(...Actually, for that we would first need to make sure the monkeys were at least drunk.)Newcastle, Australia
