I'm afraid the mod author no longer mods Civ V, so thus, his mod ceased to be having support from him.

Hi. The mod is not working for me. I have all the DLC installed and followed all the steps you have written in the description, but the leaders never appeared on my selection screen when I tried to set up a new game. What might be the reason?

Hi. Just saying that I officially retired from Civ5 moddling because I currently busy on my Overwatch, PUBG and CS:GO projects. If you want to continue on my Civ5 mods project, please do so on contacting me. Cheers.

I'm very sorry, but the author of the mod, Erikmeister, is no longer modding it anymore. He is deserted from Civ V.

@スモークウイード™ Oh sorry, I renamed my music folder when i was messing around with the code to fix the music, I have updated the pastebin now.

@Solid Snakespeare thank you so much, that has helped a lot. However, one issue I've found is that the code you supply lists the GreatWorks folder as "Great Musician", when it is actually "GreatWorks". If possible that should be changed so as to allow for the game to detect the great works. Or I just have a weird folder, and if that's the case, then ignore me
