[SMI] Riptide Light Cruiser

Description:

The Riptide is a medium-sized Light Cruiser designed for speed and firepower. It has a very high acceleration (reaching speeds of 100 m/s in around 5 seconds) due to the 8 rear industrial thrusters. It has 11 Gatling Turrets, 4 Missile Turrets and 6 Interior Turrets all strategically placed for maximum firing arcs. It also utilizes strategically palced heavya rmor to protect vital points. Rooms include 3 Timer and sensor activated double door airlock entrances. A Main Hallway and Engine Bay Room at the front. A Cry Room with 4 Cryo Pods and a Medical Room in the centre of the ship. A large Central Stairwell with access to all 3 floors. A Crew Quarters Below and a Rear Entrance at the back. Above there is the main control centre with access to piloting and controlling the ship, a Bridge and observation deck for the pilot. It is survival ready with oxygen, a refinery and assemblers both with efficiency modules. The ship is perfect for a medium sized strike and assault vessel in a fleet or for 1 on 1 fights.
