Reupload of the original Grapplinghook modified so it has ammo and will only shoot 3 times (adjustable in the shared.lua)

This file isn't mine, I just uploaded it for my own server and for others to enjoy

Hey, its really nice to see someone with some sense to balance this for TTT, thank you.
But could you create a version that has a range limitation and cannot be used to grapple on players and skybox? Apreciate it!
