I prepared an archive for downloading the server !
files.serv-host.org.ua/steamcmd-win.zip
Unpack the contents of the folder where your server will be located.
Inside the archive there is an Update.txt file, there you must specify the login and password from the Steam - as the standard (login anonymus) will not work!

After you edit the Update.txt file, run update.bat, the cmd window with the invocation will start - you will need to confirm via Guard, you will receive the code to the mail that will be inserted into the cmd window.
After all the procedures, the server download will start!

I guarantee your security, your data will not be sent anywhere, it's a standard procedure for working with SteamCmd.

how do you install the brink server to steamcmd? do you drag the cmd to the brink server folder?

The Steam does not have such opportunities as wiki, so there will only be a wiki!
