Description
Soviet style 9-story Tenement (W2W) Grey/GgB by pauliaxz

Grey walls. GgB - Grey glazed Balconies

Second version of the 9-story Tenement. More or less exact copy of the real life building.

Originally it's Soviet-Lithuanian style block from 70s. 1-464LI-52 series.

High Density
Level 2
3x4
W2W (wall to wall)

Consists of 2755 triangles and LOD of 40 triangles.

It is advisable to use:
Search box mod (to plop buildings everywhere in any amount) (type "sov-" and you will find this building)
Control Building Level Up (to lock buildings from growth, so they stay the same forever)

Red walls version should come later this week. Stay tuned!

put them in a microdistrict with lots of trees and also paint them garish colours and you have an accurate representation of a 1970s - 1990s eastern european/ russian neighborhood

No, there are no RICO editions of one stairwell versions. Only 2 and 3

I don't think increased polycount is a bad thing. File size is not a problem either, in my opinion.

It is not low res, but 5 floors use ~800 px in height. So one floor - ~160 px. Quality can be increased in two ways: Making same texture larger, or spliting floors to more parts, thus having more texture space. In first way file size would increase greatly, in second way, building would get increased triangle count number.

The model looks nice, but isn't the texture a bit low resolution? It looks kind of blurred. Is there any chance you'd ever update this (and the other) building with a little higher res version?
