Situation

Mission

Retrieve 3 ammo crates from an Mi-8 Russian helicopter crash site and bring
them back to our base, which is marked with a red shaded area in Panochori.  
The helicopter pilots are not relevant to the mission objectives, so ignore 
them.

Reference attached images for observation points, route waypoints, 
target reference points, and vehicle assignments.

Execution

I think that the enemy will put most of their troops at OP Rodeo 1
(Hill 138) and Nifi.  I think they will put some troops on the church
hill overlooking the crash site (Hill 65), in the military tower north
of the crash site and in the Quarry town.  They can arrive at the crash
site before us.  They can arrive at OP Rodeo 1 at about the same time
that we can arrive at OP Rodeo 2.  We can arrive at Nifi before them.

Alpha squad

Both Alpha fireteams drive to OP Rodeo 2 (Hill 170).  Alpha SL and 
medic ride with A1.  A2 setup BOF at OP Rodeo 2.  A1 assault OP Rodeo 
1 (Hill 138).  If Rodeo 1 appears to be clear of enemies then A1 can 
drive to Rodeo 1 and sweep the hill for enemies.  Alpha will assault 
Quarry town IOT clear buidings that have overwatch of the crash site.

Bravo squad

B1 drive two vehicles to Nifi and drop off B1 LMG (codename
Rattlesnake) at OP OldWest 2.  Rattlesnake take position at one of
the buildings marked OP OldWest 1 or OP OldWest 2 and disable any
enemy vehicles driving away from the crash site and suppress enemies
who may be defending crates.  Otherwise attempt to maintain stealth.

Suggestion: Rattlesnake rides in B1 VIC 1.  Bravo SL and medic ride 
in B1 VIC 2.

B1 remaining FT members park both vehicles in nearby concealed
locations and establish control of Nifi and attempt to establish
overwatch of the crash site.  Attempt to seize the crates when it is
safe to do so.

B2 drive one vehicle to OP Gauntlet 1.  Spread out among good
firing positions (you can roam throughout the area marked Gauntlet,
although OP Gauntlet 3 is just outside 343 radio range of NIfi)
and maintain overwatch of B1.  Suppress targets as requested by SL.
Watch for enemy attack of Nifi from the west.  Maintain 360 degree
awareness and occasionally watch for enemies anywhere near our base
or the surrounding terrain.

Everyone

Attempt to park vehicles behind hills or other concealment relative to
expected enemy positions.  Mark parked vehicles in side channel with
"callsign VIC #".  Example: A1 VIC 1.

Anyone who obtains an ammo crate should drive to the nearest safe
location and (while still driving toward the base) request a route
reconnaissance of the intended route back to base.  Observers near
OP Gauntlet should report whether the MSR to Panochori is clear of
enemies.  If enemy presence around the route is suspected then the
person transporting ammo crates should consider taking an alternative
route such as Route Bonnie, Route Clyde or Route Highwayman.

Store ammo crates inside a building in the red area of Panochori, close
all doors and move all vehicles at least 200 m away from the building.
Mark the buildings where you have stored crates in side channel.
