An issue with your computer has blocked the VAC system. How do you fix this error? I'm gonna help you with this!

The fix.
Exit Steam then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam (replace the Program Files (x86) to where you installed Steam)
Then delete the appcache file. There other solutions like enabling DEP and etc but this helped for me. Screenshots are below to show you where you have to go and what you have to delete.

these are jokes... I love you all. When in doubt refresh your system/network to factory. Steam first and see where you went wrong 1 program at a time. You can also unistall steam without removing your game files and then make sure to clean your registry thoroughly.

uninstall all your hacked games and turn off your virtual machines... this should clear things up. If that doesn't work, apply for a VISA and become a bus driver in Ohio. This should allow you the opportunity to be 'merican n' play 'merican games.

tried this, worked for the first server i joined, played like for 15 mins and got same thing again, honestly i give up

Try to reinstall Steam, maybe this makes the file appear or try to play without the file first.

so only thing i need to do is delete the appcache file?
