This is a huge map with various roads and areas for larger variety of scene building, so you can choose how Your city should look like. Apokalypse, Mafia or City RP, it´s Your turn

Idk, an episode of Half-Life maybe. Didn´t have this problem before. Try to download the textures on the Internet if you dont have them

There really needs to be an HDR Version of the two maps... Too bad he doesn't know how to do so.
