There's that part in Fury Road where a character ponders if satellites would ever broadcast television again. Truth be told they still do! ... there's just nothing in Australia to relay satellite signals to. You got people in New Zealand living quaint peaceful lives sipping tea with musical ballads playing dinner music to the lovely attendants in tuxedos and flower dresses, meanwhile next door the entirety of Australia is a neverending montage of car chases, explosions, guitar solos, baldness and Bruce Spence.

And its all because of that cursed 18+ rating system the Australian people constantly demanded! The Australian Government had been right all along! The moment people became exposed to the ultra-violence of hyper-realistic rampage simulators like Saints Row IV and 50 Cent: Bulletproof, they immediately took to their cars and encroached the entire nation with desctruction and cataclysm in a harmonious soliloquy of rubber, akubras and Bruce Spence.
