i know this is an old post but thought id add a comment.
to get to level 76 quicker download the god eater dlc (free) and do that on simple . if you die remeber what number it was on and stop before that for like 6 runs then try to progress further. you can also force dangerous encounters but i found the red portal was quicker

the chests of arctus ruins doesn`t reset in my case - bug?

I think it's better to do this on Simple... you only get 20% more gald on hard but it takes like three times as much time to use all those bottles.

Generally the chests should have time to respawn every rotation. If you leave a rotation early because you found the Mimic Giant, continue off on the next location instead of starting a new rotation.

I farmed units in the last area before fighting the last boss going back into rooms and leaving to reset spawns in hard and pulled two to three enemies at once. Also farming the bosses who drop Anomolous Orbs helps a lot due to the high amount of EXP they give.

I would say instead of going around to different areas to farm for giants, you would be better at farming 1 lord of the land area that has the gal boon to double the gal you get. At hard with the boon plus the drop bottles gives a bit over 2 million a pop (this is without the inn since I also use this time to farm up mobs I never gotten to 200 kills).

Going into a bit a math, I would say add it to the guide. To max a Lord of the Land, it requires 30,000 grade, and using the "cheaper but slower" Grade leveling, it will cost 5,092,500 Gal for a level 1 Lord. It is not worth using his "expensive but faster" Grade leveling since it pretty much is 10 times the amount of money for barely twice the grade. Great guide, this is pretty much what I been doing before I read it, glad to see it made it here so I didn't have to do a guide for it! :D
