If you get an orange hat as a drop does it remove it from the drop pool like it does with reds?

Altdorf Bicorne for Saltzpyre

it's 6 orange hats for each character, except ker and saltz which have 7
that should make for 32 orange hats, 5 red hats, and then there's a lot of purple hats, but at the moment you can only get 2 of those

This needs an update. There are flower wreathes (doubt i spelled that right) aren't on the lists. I wear the "Orion's Coronet" on The Waywatcher.

so how to get some hat from this list?

Edit: The picture of the Plain Hood you've got looks a lot like the Dewgrass Hood. Could that be it?
