You could just buy a newer Gibus (Ghastlierest) here: http://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Ghastlierest%20Gibus/Tradable/Craftable

In the game, inside the inventory, you can change the look to Ghostly / Ghastly / Ghastlier / whatever...
