UPDATE: Bug fix, Grew at wrong level. Now correctly grows at level 5, and LOD is now fixed.

A Wall to Wall compatible Luxury Apartment condo.

This is an Art Deco building located in NYC, at 1 Fifth Avenue

Built in 1927 as a hotel, it has been converted into apartments.

I made two versions, Level 4 and Level 5. I believe certain people reserve level 5 buildings for modern sky scrapers. If your one of those, you can get the other version:

the LOD mesh is huge. Its a shame since its one my favs, but I can not keep it in my game.

I love this building. I use to live in 5 and 15th and run by it in the morning on my way to Washington square park. Now somebody needs to build the arc. and fountain for the park.

IMPORTANT: If you have downloaded this before OCT 12, 6:00pm, and have grown this building in your city, your building will dissappear. This is due to a bug i fixed, this building grew in level 4 instead of 5. I also fixed some lod issues.
