Rememeber at any time press F1 and it will give you pretty much all the information you would require. :) Great little feature they added.

A screenshot would be more accessible, and would do the job while in-game. Vids are exhaustive, but when just looking for a quick reminder in-game, or looking for something specific... when you're playing, they're too long.
