A request from TheLeafGreenRainbow!

Replaces the menu music with the main theme from Silent Hill.

I was having some trouble just uploading the file for this one. I removed some files and tested the newer version and it seemed to work fine, if anyone has problems with it pertaining to it not playing please let me know.

Open to music requests.
