Status: Built (Renamed)

200 Park Avenue was Built in 1960–63 as the Pan Am Building, the headquarters of Pan American World Airways. New York Airways flew helicopters from the rooftop helipad to Pan Am's terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport from December 21, 1965, to February 18, 1968. This flight took only 7 minutes.

I've no idea what lod textures are. lol.

I could not find a fix for them so i have removed the custom lod textures. This has fixed the file size issue.

I'd really love this, maybe with one of the random logos, as a growable office and/or commercial.

the problem has to do with custom lod textures, thats about all i can figure out right now, the modles that i havn't used custom lod textures are fine, the ones that do seem to upload my entire asset import folder into the buildings files. I have no idea what is going on. ill try and find a fix but if i cant i will simply update the buildings without the lod textures.

thanks for that. I found that as well, that the average was abou 9mb.

@ziggy_Birdman they should NOT be that large, they should be around 9, im not sure how or why it is more than tripple its actual size, ill look for a fix and update it as soon as i find out what the problem is.

Why are all the PanAm buildings so large in filesize? 25mb for a single building is pretty large IMO.
