  1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Saints Row the Third
  2. Either add the line "SkipIntroVideo = true" or open the "videos" file and delete "logo_amd_hd.bik" and "logo_thq_and_voli_hd.bik".
That's it. When you start SR3 it should not play the THQ/Volition or the AMD short video intros.
