Construction Limpet (Modless)

This is a mod-free version of the Construction Limpet, and as such lacks the ability to generate its own blueprint-holding drones or self-replicate as a Von Neumann Machine. It is still a perfectly-capable mobile construction drone, however, and capable of dismantling or constructing entire ships within minutes (depending on your World Settings).
