This little upload has been sitting around on my hard drive for quite a while now. It's probably surpassed 4 or so months from the time I had finished it. A week ago I had finished the rather dubious night light work. I still need work and help on that since it's still off by a margin. The rest of the works are finished however.

The poly stats are around 3000 ~ 3200 tris with my usual sin of 2048x2048 textures.

The lot is 4x4 and meant for corner placement.

It has the same stats as the courthouse if I am not mistaken.

For some background on this building, lets say I saw this one on Gmaps while looking around in Akihabara. This one was peculiar so I decided to model it. The building is a stage for the AKB 48 band from Japan, and well, if you look more closely to the real building there are things in it that are rather unexpected.

I hope you guys like this one, it's the first time I've actually finished a building without quitting on it after 5 minutes.

Designed in mind for high density touristyish zones.

Since a lot of reinstalls/updates have come and left, I will have to see if it's possible to update this specific building. I don't have IRL references to work from so I would appreciate if someone could provide me with some so as to get the texturing right.

Wota here. Needs to be fixed and updated to be as close as the real Don Quijote building (aka Donki, that's the real name of this landmark).

@Gookie I don't believe so, this was made at a time when the major DLC wasn't out yet. One requirement that I had notice it does use is the airport. Try plopping a small airport to see if that changes something.

Thank you for the fast answer but in my Game it isn't under Landmarks. Is a DLC needed, like After Dark?

@Gookie Under Landmarks, I believe under the 3 - 4 level tab.
