If this is the first time your pootis has top working restart your computer. If dispencer.exe in not responding, follow these steps:

Check to make sure engineer is still alive and request a dispenser.exe.
If the engineer is not avalible for a pootis, ask your heavyware or scoutware manufacturer for any pootis updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable your dispenser or remove any newly metal upgrades or metal. Disable BIOS memory such as Nom.avi or spyware. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable spycrabs,
