Staff gain a small number of design and technology points from making games.
Ever had to fire your first ever employees because they just were't what they used to be?
This mod gives all staff members a small number of design, tech and speed points after making a game.

Features
-Awards employees (and you) design and tech points according to Game size; Game's D&T points; staff's work done (percentage); various other factors
-Balances throughout the game to maintain a challanging game without being too easy
-Ensures you'll never have to say bye-bye to your first ever employees again
