Get yourself a Macro program for your mouse, if it doesn't already come with one. Now set one button to trigger a Macro while held down. Set this Macro to click once every 10ms. Now simply hold down that button while in-game and get freaky with the girls' death screams.

Holding it down means you're still 'playing' the game. Otherwise just don't install it.
