Anyway, it is a nice asset. As for wandering baloon, I don't think it's even feasible.

I have a radical idea..
What if you made this into a vehicle? Would it be possible to have the balloon mesh hovering in the air? With extremely slow speeds, it might give the appearance of a balloon actually flying around over the city (as the "car" it is tries to follow the roads to its destination).

Though i suppose it would just despawn if taking too long.
Maybe if adding it as a bus, one could set up a custom bus route that uses the balloon model, to have it fly in a consistent path around the city without interruption. But it'd fuck up the cims who try to ride on it lol :p

If you subscribed to the other one then you can just keep using that one, I've already updated that one with this version.

I am using your first release, so what if I wanted to replace it with this? Do I need to demolish it then uninstall it? I don't want my save to get corrupted! :D Nice work tho!
