Adds Austria-Hungary under Franz Joseph, and requires BNW. Originally uploaded by Viregel, but since he stopped modding, I've updated the civ with support for mods and with some bugfixes.

Austria Hungary

Unique Ability: Crownlands
Building a courthouse triggers a We Love The King Day in all cities. During We Love The King Day, Great Person generation is increased.

Unique Unit: Grenzer
An earlier, but weaker version of the Great War Infantry. Has a Combat Bonus based on the amount of promotions it has.

Unique Building: Concert Hall
Replaces the Opera House. +2 Happiness. When the Great Work Slot is filled, gain +2 Golden Age points.
