S.S.Aurora (No Mods) Exploretion Ship

S.S.Aurora comes with 6 small ships :
1 Welder Ship
1 Grinder Ship
1 Mining Ship
2 Small Fighters (Arrowhead - Fighter)
1 Heavy fighter (Divaricator - Created By hrubesch with some of my upgrades)

Ship features:
------------------
- 2 Hangar Bays for Small and medium ships
- 4 Rotating Large Reactors with Automatic Refuling System On/Off and Automatic Repair System
- Engine Room with access to main thrusters and Automatic Repair System
- Oxygen Room with medbay
- Server Room
- secondary power (batteries and Solar panels)
- All Doors got sensors to open and close
- Griding feature in the ship bottom and Ore deposit on Top
- 12 Large Containers with Item Sorting, 4 for components 4 for ingots 4 for ores
- 4 Refineries and 4 assemblers with Upgrades
- lots of LCD information (Script by MMaster) and Damage information (Script by MMaster)
- every room got Components connector for quick repairs
- security cameras and intirior turrets
- and Few Gatling Turrets for basic Defence

If the ship otherwise seems whole, then it may be the fighter and other small ships that are suposed to be included with it that are deemed "missing blocks". Maybe thats it ?

When I try to copy this ship into a creative game it says:

"Pasted ship contains some blocks that are not available in this world. Thse blocks will not be pasted, which could possibly cause the ship to split. Do you really want to paste this ship?"

The game i tried to copy it into has no mods at all.

Anyone know what the issue might be or which blocks are missing?

I am adoring this ship, but have no idea how to run the programmable blocks. The LCDs all show information, but it never updates with new information when the situation changes, and apparently there's some kind of error trying to 'compile code' on the 3 program blocks in the server room? Just wondering if there's a layman-friendly way to resolve this so it's running at full capacity.
