Are you asking your self "what if i click a leg or the breast do i get more coins?" well no
There are 2 objects that give coins other than defeating an opponent:
one is like a brown fox, click it one time and will disapear giving you x5 coins of that level
the second one is pink it reminds me a pokemon, click it several times until disapears giving half the level coins for each click
