Description
DUWS (Dynamic Universal War System: Operation Trebuchet), using Operation Trebuchet mod set before the Human-Covenant war in the Halo Universe

I consider it an open beta of sorts, just wanted to get something out there for you guys! :)

Features:

-Uses Bigshot's original modification of DUWS, but with Units and Vehicles from the Halo universe.
-You fight as the UNSC against the combined might of the United Rebel Front and Eridanus Guerillas.
-Missions reflavoured to give a Halo-universe touch
-Ultimatley DUWS at heart, you can play it how you want, either let the AI get on with fighting while you carry out special ops, or lead formations of troops into battle for control of the island.
-Hovering Frigate above the HQ, it does nothing at all but look pretty and air vehicles can clip through it at present, but it can also serve as a marker for your main HQ.

Planned Features:
-SOEIV support (Basically a HALO Jump but with ODST Drop pods)
-More variations of vehicle camoflage
-More variations of Army trooper camoflage.
-Including just about every vehicle OPTRE has to offer.
-Changing/adding an alternative to a FOB, requesting an Elephant, will have to wait until it is released.
-Changing the Air Taxi music with some Halo Tracks.

Issues:
-A number of vanilla assests are still present to fill vital capability roles, however I've decided to stick with as much of OpTre as possible.
-You won't have Blackfoots and Slammers running around as I will not include vanilla combat units in this version of DUWS, only support units.
-Squad manager has disappeared for the use of the player and is only accessable via the HQ officer, working on a fix ASAP.
-I in no way consider this a final release, as more content is added with the mod, I will update the scenario further.
-No ODST Drop pod support option as of yet (I'm working on it! :))
-̶O̶D̶S̶T̶ ̶S̶q̶u̶a̶d̶ ̶r̶e̶q̶u̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶(̶r̶e̶p̶l̶a̶c̶e̶s̶ ̶a̶i̶r̶b̶o̶r̶n̶e̶ ̶t̶r̶o̶o̶p̶s̶)̶ ̶I̶s̶ ̶a̶ ̶b̶i̶t̶ ̶d̶e̶a̶d̶l̶y̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶s̶,̶ ̶w̶o̶r̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶f̶i̶x. Replaced with Army Paratroopers until further notice.

Feedback would be greatly appreciated, especially in regards towards bugfixes, and anything I could potentially do to build upon what Kibot and Bigshot have already laid down. I am aware that there are a number of current issues with the scenario, however I felt I needed to push a version out as soon as possible so that people can fully enjoy what is already an amazing mod.

I did not create the base versions of DUWS and nor do I claim to, I simply wanted a Halo take on DUWS: Modified and so I decided to modify it for myself, but decided to release it into the community so you could also enjoy it.

Full credit goes to Kibot and Bigshot for the initial work on DUWS and subsequent DUWS Modified and also to the Devs of OPTRE for giving advice on what to expect and for producing what is undoubtabley one of the most revolutionary modifications for the ArmA Series to date.

I must stress that I am a one man team, so I have limited capability when it comes to playtesting newer updates, but I certainely try my best to make the most out of the scenario.

Right so to anyone who still is clueless about this to transfer to another map, here is a comment that is STILL around, i've not said anything rather than forward this comment.

TO PLAY THIS ON OTHER ISLANDS:
I've been working on this for the better half of an hour and figured it out;
1. Go to C:\Users\((YOUR USER))\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\Orvana\Saved\steamMPMission
2. Find DUWS%20Modified%3a%20Operation%20Trebuchet.altis
3. Open this folder, copy mission.pbo
4. Go to your Arma 3 folder in *\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3
5. Paste mission.pbo into your Missions and/or MPMissions folder
6. Rename mission.pbo to DUWS_Trebuchet.((ISLAND FILE NAME)).pbo

For example, Helvantis (awesome map, I recommend) should be DUWS_Trebuchet.anim_helvantis_v2.pbo

@Cloak, They do. If your officer dies, it's game over. Similar thing happened via Accidental charge displacements that my base and the officer got wiped out, being game over.

doesnt show up for me in my mods list but when i go to workshop and click on subscribed it shows it there ... any suggestions why???
