Spreading area of tech fragments, supply crates, eggs etc.
Starting locations of the rescue pod. Radiation area after Aurora's boom. Aurora's reactor room and short way to it.

Loot Map

Well, this map was made for own use and because of curiosity. It's incomplete, but usable enough.

It contains:

spreading of tech fragments (square markers). This is not exact locations of fragments, but spreading area
radiation area (this will off after ~3 day since you repair Aurora reactor)
some cave locations
supply crate locations (spreading area)
Jelly Shroom Cave with lootable shrooms
common way to Aurora's reactor room (and shortcut, of course)
some egg locations
NEW! Teleport locations of BIOME console command.

Best use fullsize (2000x2000 px).
North on top.
Grid lines every 500 parrots. ;)

Use it for your pleasure.
Of course, i will update it as soon as enough changes will be made.

Start locations

This map fragment presents spreading of the game start locations and a part of radiated zone.

As you can see, all game starts take place in the central zone of SafeShallows biome.

Sometimes (very rare, <1% from all) game may place you inside radiation area, so be careful. After all, you can easily push rescue pod away from radiation.

Some POI

Here screenshots of some interesting places, i found in game and coordinates of them.
First number is W-E and second number is N-S direction. I.e. -1500,575 is 1500 meters to west and 575 meters to north.

-1500,575, depth ~350 meters.
Dunes biome. Big multi-level hole in the ocean floor. Populated with spiders and some sharks.

120,-715, depth ~100 meters.
Big O-shaped underwater ark. Big cave entrance located beneath.

-1675,170, depth ~100 meters.
Huge underwater ark in Dunes. Beware of screaming reaper.

This map is outdated. And I don't mean a few months outdated. ITS 5 YEARS+ OUTDATED. The game literally had not been finished before the last time this map was accurate.

I agree with d41337n8r, even if they're a crabsquid and I hate those things (also, the ASCII art is completely messed up, probably a copy-pasting issue). That map is really super-outdated.
