I tried and they told me they no longer will be offering the promotion. I even ask If the pre-order could be vouched.

I would like to point out that I contacted Bandai Namco customer support and got the Fan Pack from them. But that was years ago, so I don't know if you could even get it from them anymore.

The link for the fan pack doesnt work for me, it just sends me to the main bandai namco page and i have no idea on how to get to the fan pack from there
