Description
Instead of subscribing, please download the 2.0 Version[www.dropbox.com] (Thank you Harry Poster) and drag it into ...\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Talos Principle\Content\Talos.

DATA backup is a story-based puzzle map.
There are 6 individual tests with a difficulty from easy to hard.
It uses the desert environment as shown in the pictures.

Please first pick up all sigils and solve the first arranger before dealing with the stars...

This is actually my first map and I hope you enjoy, playing it.
Sorry for my bad english, I'm working hard on it! :D

! It doesn't need any DLC or workshop files to function !

@zip222ss: It's better to play the version 2.0 from dropbox. The version 2.1 has missing textures etc.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience, I really had fun with this map! Just a couple of places where I felt the solution was relying a bit too much on beams nearly intersecting (I think some stone plates would have helped this). And the usual mention of that sneaky switch :) These are the only couple of criticisms I can address. Otherwise, pleasurable difficulty - you did a great job!

@AG Sorry for that!
I've set the waypoint of the AI (Einstein) to the middle of the pressure plate. The AI is trying to get as close to the waypoint as possible but doesn't always succeed, especially if something is blocking its path.I don't think there is an easy fix other than to replay the map (now that you know the solutions that may only take you 10 - 15 min).

Einstein moved off the pressure plate in Imprisoned Jammers while I was setting the puzzle up. Now he just stands off the plate so I can't get the star. Anyone else have this problem? Not sure if it's a bug..

感谢作者做出这么好玩的地图。这个地图几年前玩过，但是没有通关。今天刚刚通关了。感觉作者把关卡设计的很好，脑洞很大。希望作者继续做出更多有挑战性的地图与我们玩家分享。再次感谢！
Thank the author for making such a fun map. This map was played a few years ago, but it didn't pass the customs. I just cleared the customs today. I feel that the author designed the level very well, with a big brain hole. I hope that the author will continue to make more challenging maps to share with our players. Thanks again!

Just finished this. What a gem of a map! Got stuck at the first (on left) puzzle scratching my head.. Also the one with the "hidden" switch in lightwalls?. Took me 10 minutes or so to see it..

Petitpea; No current worskshop Maps works in the new game. You have to go back one version.
Right click game in steam, chose properties, go to Beta, then select "Previousversion". This *will* download the entire game again so be prepared for the wait.:lunar2019piginablanket:
