American medium commercial building - Low density - Lvl 2 3x2 or 3x3 or 3x4 (with a small or bigger garden).

The main model is 1160 triangles, 1015 edges, 367 faces ; the LOD is 148 triangles.
Main Model with specular, normal, diffuse and colormask ; LOD with specular, alpha, colormask and diffuse.
All texture maps are in JPEG. 1024x1024 for main model ; 512 x 512 for LOD model.

For awning colors ; and prop randomizer for more diversity.

Not so much work I think. Add the lights should be more or less easy. However I planned to take new screenshots for each buildings, to improve the older buildings... and others things like that. :)

Attercap, you should make a collection of all your American "1900" buildings. That way people can subscribe all with one button. I love your work, but I'm doing some asset cleanup ahead of After Dark, and I would love it if you could make a collection so I can easily resubscribe to all your stuff.

Keep it up man! I absolutely love the work you are doing with this collection. My hope is that you can (eventually) reach a point where you've created enough assets that I can run an entire city in just this theme!
