you either us a wire sound emitter or an expression 2 chip. there are tutorials on youtube about this. Also you can ask on the wiremod reddit

I tink its a matter of your game indexing them, It took my game a few times to finally show some others sounds addons I have. You can always gmad extract it and put them in manually then you game will pick them up straight away
