This could be an advertisement for the Psychonauts organization, one aimed at young children whose abilities ostracize them. At that young age, being different and cut off from the group is especially painful, making Raz's words here (and the fact that he IS one of these downtrodden children) resonate all the stronger.

Crazy thing is I can't claim full "nostalgia" feelings for Psychonauts cause I only beat it last night(even though I've owned it twice before and known about it way back when it first came out) and yet I still got similar "nostalgic" feelings from watching this.
