UA: Arms Dealer
Trade Routes originating from this city have a 25% increase in range. Trade Route destination city Receive +5% Production when building Military Units. When declaring friendship, HCLI Receive 5 gold and their friend`s city receive +5% Production when building Military Units. This trait ability are Increase by Era.

UU: Escort Forces
Escort Forces is the HCLI unique unit, replacing the Paratrooper. Strong infantry Unit capable of paradropping up to 15 tiles from friendly territory. Escort Forces can also move and pillage after paradropping, but cannot enter combat until the following turn. This Unit has 1 additional movement compared to the Paratrooper.

UB: HCLI Arsenal
HCLI Arsenal is the HCLI unique building, replacing the Arsenal. This building provide 1 all Strategic Resources (except Uranium) and produce an additional 4 Gold when connecting to another civilization. Doesn't need a Castle.
