To control the vehicle or turret go to the k menu when seated, then to vehicle-control or turret-control -> conrol button.

Anyway, this is a Hummer like offroad vehicle. Currently it uses Space Balls for gravity, so it works in gravity environments.

I made this for a crazy idea that i had, where i want to recreate a tank combat game in Space Engineers. In this gamemode each vehicle would fight all other vehicles, and would be manned by 2 astronauts. It'll probably take a while for me to make that so in the meantime i'll just be posting blueprints of the combat vehicles.
