SV - Infinite God Powers

PATCH 2.8, TALE OF THE DRAGON & VANILLA COMPATIBLE
Simple mod that gives all god powers Atlantean-style cooldowns with 1,001 recharges - more than you could conceivably use in a single game. Effectively infinite, you could say.

Things you should know:
-The number of pips visible below the power is now meaningless. Some god powers show them, and some don't.
-Affects god powers granted by major/minor gods and the titan gate god power only.
-Probably doesn't affect god powers granted by scenario triggers.
-This mod probably isn't balanced
-With that in mind, feel free to poke around the mod files and use what you learn (or even the files themselves) to make a rebalanced infinite god powers mod. It's not like I did anything hugely time-consuming or original here so it's up to you whether you want to credit me for it.

This mod makes changes to every .xml file in the "god powers" folder. It will conflict with other mods that modify god powers.
Conflicts are not fatal. Conflicts are per-god power, so whichever mod has a higher (lower number) priority will simply overwrite the other mod's changes to any god powers it affects.

AI can use the powers successfully.
CPU Gaia players are known to abuse the forest power to wall themselves in with trees. A patch may follow to increase the cooldown on this power.

Each patch that affects GPs adds the newly tweaked GPs to new folders, that are then used by the game. This means if a new patch tweaks a GP, the patch will take priority and overwrite my changes for that GP, disabling infinite recharges until I fix it in a patch to this mod.
The mod is currently compatible with version 2.8.

Subscribe, enable the mod in the mod manager (square steamworks icon on the main menu), and hit the "Reload Assets" button.
If changes don't take effect even without any conflicting mods, you can use the nuclear option and manually overwrite your game files:
1) Navigate to your Age of Mythology folder, which is usually
C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Age of Mythology
2) Copy the god powers folder, and paste it in a safe location as a backup.
3) Open mods, then open SV - Godlier God Powers and copy the god powers folder there.
4) Paste it into the main folder, and agree if it asks you if you want to replace files.
If you wish to uninstall the mod after the manual steps, simply delete the god powers folder and either replace it with your backup, or right-click AoM:EE in your library and select "Verify integrity of the game cache".

-Now affects Chinese god powers.
-Titan gate cooldown has been reduced from 15m to 10m.
-Plenty vault cooldown increased from 8m to 10m
-Redone the entire mode so any past patch changes are incorporated


Fix applied that enables cooldowns that weren't present on certain god powers, courtesy of Derendis:
"I guess I've solved it. There are three folders in the
God Powers folder. Version 1.0, Version 1.9 and Version 2.0.
I think folder Version 1.0 isn't loaded correctly, because
several powers that are only in that folder don't work.
I've copied those to the Version 2.0 folder and now all the
god powers are working correctly. :)"

Incorporated patch 2.4 and 2.5 fixes.
Removed .XMB files that were cusing god powers to load incorrectly in some cases, as the result of some very helpful bug reporting from Queble.

Patch 2.7 compatability
Patch 2.7 changes have been incorporated:
Atlantean "deconstruction" GP cooldown increased from 240 --> 270, in line with patch 2.7 making the same change
