Drosovilas Russia Tower.

Initially planed to be 610 meters, then 350m but at the moment the project is on ice.
This one is 350 m.

-Unique Building level 6, based off of the "sea and skyscraper"

-14x10 plot size

-1800 tris, 2048x1024 texture res, customLOD(200 tris, 512x256 texture res)

I am sort of new to the whole RICO thing and I was wondering what type of building (res, com, ind) this would be when using RICO? Or do I set that my self?

Seeing eye... haha, nice touch! Naven't noticed previously :) Here's my version of light props locations [screencast.com] to reproduce the picture. Light props locations are highlighted. I had to remove couple of trees and fountains on ground because of prop limit. Notice, I completely removed light props in seeing eye area [screencast.com].
Light props used (per each side):
x1 Blue wall mounted flood light #2
x4 Red Warning light
x2 White Flood Light
