It is fairly easy to get the file;

It is locatet on the Bitwise Test PC, in the home folder.
Download the file via the scp command, replace you current x-server.sys with it and reboot.

Later, you can even load this Theme with the ThemeChanger.exe, which you will find later in the game.

I also believe it gives you an upgrade in ram
