Introduction

One of Troves defining features is opening Caches and Boxes. These contain many items in the game and some, are only available through opening them. This is why some of these Boxes have a high trade value. Have you ever thought, "Should I open this? Or should i sell it for more than I will get from inside it?". This guide is designed to answer questions like these and help you understand Trove more.

True, I've had quite a lot of mount drops from Manta boxes, they're so common now that their price keeps dropping and dropping.

I was thinking rare was in the 3%-5% range, because I also play Team Fortress 2, and I've unboxed many crates and gotten only 1 unusual (1% change to get one), but in Trove, I find it way easier to get rare items.

This seems to prove that common have 89% chance, uncommon 10% and rare 1%. Knowing that makes it a whole lot easier to determine the chances of other boxes.
