Inspired by recent involvement with F.E.A.R. and being a fan of the Matrix saga,
here's another silly particle mod this time modifying the tracer effect.
the slowmo tracer line is actually from fear, and the "rings" were created to resemble those from the matrix.

ofc, it needs low timescale to see, some maps have that scripted, or you can use the convar with sv_cheats

and of course there are some flaws such as rings always facing the camera (particle limitation) and because of fixed-length emitter, rings don't always consistently draw, it depends on fire rate, emission start/end and such.
