Improved AI (Traffic++)

This mod makes vehicles avoid congestions by changing lanes, if possible, and avoid areas of congestion when searching for a new path.
It might expand to contain more AI behaviours in the future.

Answers to your questions:

- It will be added to Traffic++ when I get back to modding, hopefully by the end of September
- This mod will stay alive and will contain only the AI tweaks from Traffic++ that do not require external tools
- You can use Traffic++ with this mod but only one of them can replace the pathfinder and AI systems, which means that either cars won't follow your restrictions or they won't avoid congestions. Bus lanes and pedestrian roads would be just for show. The same happens with Traffic Manager.
- It only changes the pathfinding and AI systems so it can be safely disabled without screwing your save. Traffic++ on the other hand, adds roads that the game needs to know about to be able to load your save.
