Magnetic Acceleration Cannon (MAC)

So... Your ships aren't causing enough damage with missile turrets and Gatling guns, and you are too busy trying to build a base to make a complicated, non-reusable, and expensive missile? Well I have just the thing. This cannon kicks the missile turret straight where it hurts, and it's so big it needs a 5x5 space rather than 3x3. Sure, it turns slower and fires slower, but when it does, it makes big freak'in holes in stuff. Oh, and also: The shells for it won't chew up your precious uranium, they are just iron and magnesium. Works best with the A-Team or murica song in the background. Soon I will be adding much higher quality textures, but just the gun itself is enough to make ships look quite menacing. They won't know what hit 'em either. The projectiles that this fires travel more than twice as fast as a regular missile, and don't accelerate over time - they fly out of the cannon as fast as they will go! Stats:
-DX11 & DX9
-Has special custom ammo (lots of iron, very little nickel and magnesium)
-Custom modelled but compatible with regular missile script (It's controls are identical to the default missile launcher)
-Survival ready. It's kind of expensive, it uses 18 gravity generator components, and a lot of steel plate as well as some extra ingredients added for flavour.
-Range is 800m (Same as missile turret, trying to keep it marginally fair)
-Firing rate is debuffed a bunch, only fires a projectile every 2-3 seconds
-Fairly high damage with a large area of effect, so it makes quite a punch in light armour and makes big holes in heavy armour

Side note #2:
Because so many people have asked (like 8 people), I am going to make a fixed version that is extremely expensive, massive, and crackes capital ships in half without breaking a sweat, because it will be about 1/5 the size of one. I'll work on it in some of my free time, so it'll probably be ready by mid august. Thank you for the suggestions!
