An Offshoot of the human race came in to being when a japanese colony ship came in contact with a derelict space craft on a seemingly lifeless moon. Little did the Astronaughts knew that a dormint alien virus was onboard the ship waiting for new host. Shortly afterwards the soon-be colonists mutated into Beast-like creatures while they were in hypersleep. Upond awakening they have reached the Serenity Star System and they realized they have changed.
