That was the harder to complete achievement for me, probably because at first playthrough I didn't notice it and I made the restart at second playthrough to get the negative reaction with the house owner rebooting it at all.

It isn't as hard when you do it in a playthrough I recomend to use this guide to add this info to the great guide about books and records done by uka7777

As the developer said in the forums is not needed to listen to the complete songs only play each one once, and the radio program isn't neither needed.

Is easy to know which 8 parts are needed looking at the record itself where we can find the list of songs:

Some people said in the forum that missed this achievements or they didn't know how to get them.

They are easy, since the 29 August 1972 you get a partiture at the piano after you answer you want to learn at the note at the seat the 23rd.

You can sit at the piano seat (I checked some playthrough and nobody notice it) and then look at the partiture to try to play it (wrong the first times), you need to try it completely to get each achievement and I think it's impossible to got all of them in a single playthrough because at November you can't do it more.

To get the second song is easy, look at the partiture, then go to the left page and put your own partiture like these screenshots:
