Staff of Starites

Some people say the Stars fall from the sky, but those are just comets and meteors. Sometimes Stars really do fall from the sky called Starites. These Starites appear when people are happy, overjoyed, and grateful. The staff was created by Maxwell, the person who made the world happier. Maxwell would help others and pieces of Stars would fall from the sky called Starite Shards. When Maxwell gathered 10 of these a real Starite would be made. When Maxwell gathered over 100 of these he created this staff. When someone touches the staff they become overwhelmed with the happiness in the Starites Maxwell created. Their happiness powers the staff allowing it to shoot out Starites for 100 damage.
