Beskrivelse
Is it a Monument? Or a Museum? I have no idea and leave it to you what purpose this giant head really serves. It's about 50 meters high and surrounded by trees. Try and you will find that there really is no way to put this thing without it being somehow misplaced... but maybe thats the purpose.

This head...
...will consume 64 squares in your city (8 x 8)
...will cost you 200000 money
...will appear on monument level 4
...has about 1100 triangles
...has a LOD model of 82 triangles
...is weird yet attractive, enjoy!

this is exactly what I was looking for to pour raging waterfalls out of onto an Incan-inspired Amusement park. It POs perfectly and has all sorts of interesting uses.

Yes, it´s a FLAK-Bunker from an alternate reality where the people of Rapa Nui (Easter Island) ruled the world. I know it, believe me, ´saw it with my own eys *g*. It´s firing stones with the pressure from boiling water.
